We accept returns and exchanges of garments within 30 days of purchase. We refund or exchange unused garments which are clean, unworn, refolded and fit for resale with the original labels attached. Returned items will not be accepted if worn, washed or mistreated. Special Order, embroidered, altered, or hemmed garments are not returnable.
Request a Return/Exchange Authorization
If you wish to return or exchange an item within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us via e-mail or telephone before returning the garment. We will provide you an Exchange/Return Authorization containing information and directions. This authorization assures that your request is handled quickly and assures that your credit card is properly credited or charged.
When returning the item to us, include our authorization inside your package. Please package the garment in a sturdy box to protect from damage and ship. We recommend you get and retain a TRACKING NUMBER and insure the package for its value in the event it does not reach us. We are not responsible for a return shipment that does not reach us.
We are not responsible for any returned or exchanged items, including associated refunds or credits, that are returned to us or received by us without an identifying Return/Exchange Authorization.
Ship all returns to the address contained in the Exchange/Return Authorization you receive from us.
No C.O.D. or collect shipping returns are accepted.
We assess a Restocking Charge for items that are returned or exchanged. If you are unsure of the color, fit or suitability of the garment you order from us, we recommend you purchase one garment to try. This way if you return or exchange the garment you will only be assessed the restocking charge on one item. You may order additional garments later.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns that reach us with an accompanying Return/Exchange Authorization.
If a garment(s) is returned within 30 days but without an accompanying Return/Exchange Authorization, we will attempt to determine who returned the garment(s) and issue a credit, however there is a 25% restocking fee in this case because of the additional time needed to process the return. If we are unable to determine who returned the garments(s) we are unable to issue a credit.
There is a 10% restocking fee for exchanges, plus shipping and handling charges to ship back to you. We will charge the credit card you provided to purchase the original items. Shipping, Handling and Insurance Charges are not refundable with returns or exchanges. We refund the garment purchase price minus the restocking fee.
Special Orders are treated differently than orders for standard merchandise. Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, because of special and individual circumstances, we may issue a Return/Exchange Authorization and accept special order merchandise back which will include custom restrictions and higher restocking charges. Returns Covered by a Manufacturer's Warrantee
Some garments are covered by a manufacturer's warrantee. If you wish to return a garment because of a defect, please contact us via e-mail or telephone before returning the garment. We will provide you with special instructions and directions from the manufacturer....and assist you. Restocking Charges do not apply to returns associated with a manufacturer's warranty.
