Manufacturer's Guarantee or Warranty: Garments may feature a
guarantee or warranty by the manufacturer. If a problem occurs, follow the manufacturer's written instructions contained in product literature attached to new merchandise. If you are unsure, or did not retain the product literature, call
us for assistance. Merchandise with warranty cards must be sent back to the
manufacturer for repair, but you are welcome to contact us for assistance or
guidance.
Prices: Prices in this online catalog are subject to change at any time.
Service: We strive to provide "the best in personal service to our customers". This will not change - you have our word on that!

Order Number: Our shopping cart assigns a unique
order number to each order. Please retain this order number. If you
contact us concerning your order please have your order number handy. We
track and locate all orders using the assigned order number.
Stock On Hand I Back Orders I Substitutions: Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or no longer available from manufacturers. If we are
temporarily out of an item, we will notify you, then complete and ship your order as soon as new merchandise arrives. If the item is no longer available, we
will notify you with substitution options for your consideration and direction.
We keep back orders to a minimum and only do so upon notification to you
by e-mail and with your approval.
Credit Cards: You may charge your order with your MasterCard, VISA Card
or Discover Card. Provide your credit card information and billing information
requested on the
electronic order form. You may also place credit card orders by telephoning us
during regular business hours. Your credit card information is safe....our
server is secure and your order is encrypted.
Cash Payments: You may print your electronic order form and mail it to us. Payment by check or money order must accompany orders. Payments must include merchandise cost, handling and shipping charges, plus state tax (if required). Do NOT send cash, coins or stamps. We do not
process C.O.D. orders.
Delivery: Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground. For fastest delivery
include your name, complete address, route and box number or fire number,
telephone number, plus directions if needed. If you will not be home to accept
delivery, your order may be shipped to another address. Complete "Ship To
Another Address" section on the order form. We ship to the Contiguous Lower
48 States, only.
Handling, Shipping & Insurance Charges: Our online shopping cart
automatically calculates shipping, handling and insurance charges for delivery
to the contiguous 48 states.

Special Orders: We will assist customers in
finding merchandise not featured in our
Online Shopping cart. All Special Orders will be pre-paid. Special Order merchandise costs are NON-REFUNDABLE once
we have ordered the merchandise from the supplier, unless we are able to return the merchandise to
the supplier, in which case the customer will be assessed restocking charges. Special care should be taken when determining sizes for special orders. Special Order handling and shipping charges are not refunded.
Do not return Special Order merchandise without a
pre-authorization
from us.
Sales Tax: At this time, sales tax is only required on orders shipped to
Wisconsin addresses. Order shipped to addresses outside Wisconsin require
no sales tax payment. Pay the Wisconsin Sales Tax amount only if your order is shipped to a Wisconsin address. |
